Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to project, press and business enquiries. The hosting and email services used to operate this website process the enquiry for that purpose. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond and complete follow-up. Once the purpose no longer applies, it is deleted unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires further retention.
Technical log data is retained for the period necessary for website security and operation. Records needed to investigate a specific fault or security incident may be retained until the matter is resolved. Retention depends on the processing purpose, applicable statutory requirements and the need to resolve ongoing enquiries or incidents.
